Meeri Tiensuu is a doctoral researcher interested in the intersection of human interaction, solidarity and social imagination of belonging and co-existence. She is interested in the connections between academic research, knowledge production and societal activism. As a feminist researcher, Meeri emphasizes research ethics as a crucial element of her work. In her PhD research, she focuses on understanding and re-conceptualizing migrant integration and co-existence in the Finnish society.
