Anette Åkerlund (Finland) is a singer, teacher, and dancer specialized in flamenco and Roma culture. She has a Master of Music from the Folk Music Department of Sibelius Academy and has studied with important flamenco stars such as La Farruca, her son Farruquito, and Juana Amaya.

Throughout her years of experience, she has worked as a flamenco dance and singing teacher in elementary schools, editor of the Roma language dictionary at Helsinki University, as well as a Roma events producer. As an artist, Anette has performed in many albums and prestigious folk festivals such as Tampere Flamenco Festival, Porvoo and Helsinki Roma Music Festivals, and in Stockholm and Latvia.
