Julia Kartesalo is a cultural manager, curator and art mediator from Germany. She has worked at several art institutions both in Finland and abroad. Among other projects, she curated the exhibition “Fokus Bauhaus” at Design Museum Helsinki in 2019. After further educational studies at the University of Tampere in recent years, Julia Kartesalo’s latest art workshops and projects focus on art education and the topics of multilingualism and sustainability.
