11hs  Pikku Aurinko –  Music Workshop for Babies.

  • For babies and children under 1,5 years old with an adult.
  • We speak English, Spanish and Finnish.

Let’s use music, movement and play to strengthen the bond between the caretaker and the child. We’ll do this by giving them the chance to learn new songs and activities that they can practice later on at home. We will sing Latin-American songs in Spanish, native tongues, and Finnish.

11 – 13 hs “Ode to the mess” Isidro Ferrer design and pareidolia workshop

The powerful imagination of Isidro Ferrer creates objects that leap out of books, posters and sculptures. We invite you to meet Isidro and his magic and to build with him. In this workshop children will explore the secret qualities of objects and their sentimental values; they will play, classify, manipulate and design characters and objects by recycling old materials. We will conjure up from the chaos wonder and joy for children and adults alike. You are all welcome!

Let’s put color and wings to the imagination! Bring your own t-shirt and you’ll be able to stamp Kolibri’s logo on it! You can also create your own pin. Then, you can decorate and paint it with your family.

13 hs  Moon Dances – Dance workshop for mothers and babies.

The moon is in constant interchange with our life. Let’s be inspired  by it and dance with our toddlers following  its four phases. We are born breathing with the new moon, little by little, we are activated by the crescent moon, we celebrate with the full moon and we rest, again, with the black moon. This is how we get prepared to be reborn.

Autumn time is coming. Coldness, gradually, will be felt. This is the ideal moment for building a house for birds to get them sheltered. Shall we explore how we can do it together? It will be like assemble a puzzle without using a single nail. Welcome!

16 hs Ciranda Cirandinha – Family Concert – Finnish and Brazilian music for children

A children’s round with a lot of rhythm, color and joy to celebrate the friendship and independence of Finland. Ciranda Cirandinha invites us to play in a ‘round round’ and to sing children’s songs from Finland and Brazil. Which ones will be your favorites?
